Qazaqstan Venture Group (QVG) Signs Term Sheet to Invest up to $3M in MOST Accelerator Fund

Pleased to share that Qazaqstan Venture Group Ltd. (QVG) has announced the signing of a term sheet to invest up to USD 3 million from Alem Ventures Fund to MOST Accelerator Fund managed by MOST Ventures.

This investment supports a hybrid accelerator–venture fund model focused on scaling AI and B2B technology startups from Central Asia and helping them access regional and international markets.

MOST Accelerator Fund combines:

  • Early-stage venture capital
  • Structured acceleration and product support
  • Access to corporates, mentors, and follow-on investors

For us, this transaction is part of a broader strategy to strengthen institutional venture infrastructure, support fund managers with hands-on value creation models, and enable Central Asian founders to scale beyond their home markets.

We see accelerator-backed funds as a critical bridge between early innovation and global commercialization — particularly for AI-driven and enterprise-focused startups.
